They’re never going to take that staircase out on tour are they? How much scaling down will they have to do? And will it still be anything like the fabulousness of the London production? I’m worried... 😟 You'd be quite surprised how compact the stars become once their packed away! So it would take quite some to transport it, but it could be done I think ☺️

Looking for some ticket advice 🙂
I'm looking to get some tickets for myself, my partner, my sister and her husband for this for the beginning of March.
Any advice at where to book decent priced tickets, where people would recommend to sit, and bits that that would be greatly appreciated! I'm well versed with most sites/apps/day seats and what not, but I know for this show it's a whole different ball game haha!
Thanks in advance for any help 😋

Any more news/confirmation if this is being shown during the Christmas period? 🙂

Saw this today. Got a cheap ticket in the back row of the stalls but huge chunks were unsold so everyone moved forward. I enjoyed it. Beautiful dance routines. Loved the staging. Loved Ashley Day. Yes he is cheesy but it works. Loved Jack Wilcox on as Adam as I'm a fan of his anyway. Zoe Rainey was also superb. I did enjoy it a lot but would I go back? Probably not. Did I go back to 42nd Street? Yes. Can two dance shows in big barns survive? I hope so but I'm not sure. Is it that bad? So I'm guessing if I wanted to see the matinee last minute, there would be enough tickets for decent seats the day of or the day before? My boyfriend and I went to the theatre a couple of Saturdays ago, to enquire about Day Seats for the evening performance. We got stalls seats, row N, for £35 and it was a great view, so I would have thought you'd be fine ☺️ and I believe they weren't even day seats!

Yes the set box and digital concept art can be seen on a new bts video and to me it looks really really good. I don't know what a curve design is either. It might have been a term once because basically every curve set was basic and hardly there but that's not the case now. You can't say that the set wasn't impressive for Oliver! And it was very good and quite expansive for Grease too. Legally Blonde was quite a bare box because that was literally the concept. The set for Grease was some giant doors at the back, with a dj booth at the back up above, with flying gymnasium ladders and moving stairs! I would call it large, open but bare, in my opinion 😕

http://instagram.com/p/BY-0eAFDLgT Interesting to see this! Unless there's another page, they've not cast individuals as the Freight trucks, only Caboose is listed, but there is 4 male ensemble. Also Tassita is a new character as far as my memory is concerned, as I've not heard of her before, unless she's an amalgamation of Electra's entourage. Interesting casting though, looking forward to seeing it on Friday ☺️

Check out @nataliemcqueen’s Tweet:
Anyone noticed the date on the poster at the Other Palace? There definitely are plans in the future for something Starlight related

Maybe Finding Neverland? That's "supposed to" arrive sometime next year, right? I believe that's been put on hold, as there's planned rewrites... Again! And it was planned to go into Drury Lane anyway, but doesn't look like 42nd Street will be budging any time soon.

I've heard that Waitress could be coming at some point, with the Aldwych being mentioned. Are there any tours right now that could slip in for few weeks? Have you heard this from someone semi-legit or are you just basing it on what members have wished for on this forum and thought would be a good venue for "Waitress"? Not being antagonistic, I just feel that nothing "Waitress" related has happened outside of this forum's wishful thinking. I've heard it from someone I know, who works for one of the major touring production companies ☺️ though it's only word of mouth, nothing set in stone, so all could change.

I've got a friend who works at Curve, who's seen the model boxes for the set!
She says it's very Curve, open to create the look of a sound state, with set pieces coming on and out to create specific scenes, so staircase and bits for the house, offices and what not. The plan was for a partial car, with steering wheel seat and headlights I believe!
Whether or not that's still the case, I guess we'll find out ☺️

I've always been intrigued by Viva, so I'd definitely be up for seeing it or a reworked Spice Girls musical if it ever happens! As some of the Spice Girls music is epic!

I guess it means nothing for final casting but Simon Bailey and Lucie Jones played the leads in the workshop. http://instagram.com/p/BYnRYJTBrbC Lucie Jones has already said she won't be in the final production as she will be on tour with Legally Blonde, though she was part of the workshop.
