Definitely not going to be one to miss - I'm actually reasonably confident he'll be pretty good in this too (it's not a comedy in case anyone wasn't sure)

Following the mass ticket sales post comic relief, they’re now selling standing “listening only” tickets for 15 quid. Christ. What!

Can I check when the Rush starts, is it 10am? Yup 10.00 am Thank you. Enjoyed this tonight although it really is VERY similar to Constellations, even down to the lighting.

Saw the new cast last night and the show is in great form. It's shorter than it was at the RC too (2hr 10 with a 20 min interval).

Going to go for on stage tickets for this - would those who saw it from the stage last time suggest a particular row is best? I want to be able to see well but don't like the idea of being 'on show' so was thinking of the back row. Thoughts? It's raked so any seat will be fine.

Big fan of the Bridge, doesn't seem to be any bad seats there and best theatre toilets in London!

Yep they were the best seats in the house (and only £15 back then, inflation bites!)

I thought this was excellent, great set and I could have spent another hour with those characters.

I was there tonight, afraid to say this isn't good, despite Michael Sheen being very good. Some scenes need swift trimming, others can be binned completely. The first half has quite surreal elements which I enjoyed, although nearly every scene was too long, but the sparse staging did not work, despite a couple of better flourishes. The second half fell completely off a cliff for me, the staging became even more bare to the point that the huge Olivier stage looked very exposed and it turned into a lecture about how Nye got his way, with nearly zero dramatic tension. I am afraid to say my companion left at the interval and I started to wish I did the same. The edits can be made but even if that happens, the lack of dramatic storytelling makes this feel like a long evening.

Was at press night tonight. Pretty much 70 mins each half with 20 minute interval.
I thought this was a mess. Hawkes does very well with what she is given but the staging is so clumsily done with all unnecessary camera work (and if you're sat further back in the side stalls, you will struggle to see most of the screen anyway) and the last 15 mins in particular is just baffling. Felt like polite applause at the curtain, which makes me very curious how the press will respond.

Thanks Dave. Can anyone who's reached the front of the queue see when the press night is, and whether there are any reductions to these prices in the preview period? Press is 19 September and no it doesn't look any cheaper for previews.

I saw the Court producion and its definitely more "low key" Jez but very haunting and it stayed with me.

Previews are £29.25 - £89.25 £39.25 - £133.25 after that. I am curious about this. Without spoiling anything she does a very good job in the film Predestination which has elements of this. This has rocketed in price since this was posted! And I didn't take advantage even though I posted the prices 😢
