Most difficult booking of the year for Yerma! Hamilton was a doddle! Angels in America - easy-peasy!
I was 2236 in the queue at 10.00am. By 2.15 I was 117. Then it froze!!
Eventually managed to get through by phone at 3.10 and booked 2 seats!

Were the songs original or songs from different musicals? With Qdos pantos they tend to be a bit of both with pop songs also. I imagine it's the same for this. Love Changes Everything, Any Dream Will Do, a snippet of Rose'sTurn!

It really was fantastic. Amanda Holden is the only weak link. What exactly is she supposed to be good at? Julian C and Paul O together are worth the price. Lavish production all round. Lee M and Nigel H take the piss out of their images and Natasha B is delightful. Had never heard of Paul Z but he really is the glue that holds it all together. He has such warmth, talent and enthusiasm that the audience were in the palm of his hand. Lots of smutty innuendo and very near the knuckle at times. They really do get lots of use of the Chitty mechanics.
The audience loved it. The 3 hours really flew by!

Believe the hyperbole. The show looks amazing. Amber Riley is a star. A great show!

A phenomenal, shattering performance from GJ in a wonderful production. Too many stand outs to mention but do agree that Celia Imrie misjudged this spectacularly. Dinnerladies all over again!

Why would everyone scupper Glenda? Am I missing a huge leap? She is an unassailable force of nature. I Am nearly 60 so have a real fixed, perfect view of her based of her NEVER putting Foot wrong?

Saw the 2nd preview and was completely blown away. Apart from a few rough edges, the show truly impressive. I loved the story and the performances were universally impressive. The chemistry between LD and LPP is wonderful and their voices sublime! And Jay Marsh deserves special mention. Have booked for closing night and will be trying to fit in another visit. Word of warning - is is emotionally draining!! Much sobbing at the interval and after the show. Really interesting you felt that. One of the joys of theatre is the way it touches people in different ways! It's quite bizarre, isn't it? There are a few shows that are so loved by so many yet I just don't get them. And others that really switch on the fanatic in me but which generate real hatred from others. Horses for courses though.. and long may it be so. The world would be a boring place if we all loved and hated the same things.

She's closer in age to Dolores than Queenie! Although I'm sure Frances will be superb.
Saw this on Broadway with Toni Colette, Mandy Patinkin and Eartha Kitt - my first Broadway show. Can't wait to hear the rest of the cast.
Kitt stole it. I remember it being very raunchy with nudity and copious drug fuelled sex! Should make for interesting viewing in such an intimate space?

Empty Chairs. No More. Fine, fine line. Another winter in a summer town. You don't know this man. Who's gonna love me? Fifty percent. Not a day goes by. My Father. Tell me it's not true. Tell me... when to stop...

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before but how long are each of the acts? I have the running time for each but like to know how the acts are broken down. Thanks.

I can recommend using the TodayTix app. Just looking now & they have tickets for all except Fun Home & Cagney for the coming weekend. Thank you. Use TodayTix in London all the time. Hadn't thought about elsewhere.

I know I've left this very late but will be in NYC and DC for 11 days from 2nd Sept. I usually just get tickets from TKTS in person. Does anyone have advice or tips? Discounts/ticket sites etc.
On my wish list are Color Purple, Waitress, The Humans, Fiddler, Something Rotten, Fun Home, Cagney but am open to recommendations.
I realise some of the shows will be impossible to get.
Thanks in advance.

The seats are fine. The heat is unbearable. But the play is still occupying my thoughts three days after so I guess it engaged and entertained more than I thought. Once again worth stating that the cast is flawless and heroic (in that sauna!) and the cocktails are a huge benefit. Great bar and staff!

Bit of a curates egg. First performance last night. All four actors are superb. Script a bit hit and miss. One act 65 minutes.
Most uncomfortable conditions I have ever endured in a theatre. So hot and humid. How there were no fainters, I don't know. How the cast do it is a marvel. They were dripping sweat! And not just Matthew L.
Incredible cocktails!

I'm seeing this at the end of Sept but haven't received tickets yet? How early have others received theirs? Booked them last October!
