I do want to go, but i feel it will be papered/discounted like most of the shows there. Also will have day seats at worse

TBF its not actually about Lebron James, it seems to be about two of his fans

There's a play there called King James but don't worry, it's nothing to do with the English/Scottish historical king who a Hampstead audience might have heard of but rather ‘King’ LeBron James who appears to be a well-known basketball player in USA who hardly anyone in UK knows. Its in the downstairs space, will potentially be popular with the younger audience

I enjoyed the staging and acting for this, so a win for me. Though i acknowledge that i didnt really feel the emotional aspect of it, as i found the characters pretty annoying in the choices they make

I thought this was fine: some funny lines, good drunk acting and i liked the death conceit. Plot was mesandering though, and the main character was whiny

For £20 I’m tempted but the LW Theatres site says ‘Severely restricted view. Please be aware you will need to look up to the stage from this seat. Some key moments in the production will not be fully visible.’ Is it worth risking it? Worth having a look on seatplan

It says on NT at Home that it will be streaming soon. That, and the lack of announcement today, suggests to me there won't be a transfer. And yet, there are some social media handles in place which point to a further life and it was one of the NT's best reviewed shows in ages, with 2 Olivier nominations including Best Play, so it would be madness not to bring it back when so many still want to see it and others like myself want to go back with friends to see it again. Fingers crossed we'll hear something soon. It would go down a treat in @sohoplace, so I still have hope for this there post-Heathers! Maybe its trying to get the cast together if they can Soho Place after Heathers would be perfect spot for it

booked for last preview. Seems silly not to at the £25.00 price for great stalls!

Yeah, in a perfect world, they would have stuck to 4/5 new shows a year, but Guys and Dolls has been such a hit for them, i can see why they would stick to it for a while to get the coffers filled.

Um... what has he actually told us? Sorry if I'm being daft, but I cannot gleam anything except "announcement coming soon" which would be true most of the time anyway It's this

Is this planned for the West End? Feels like a big name cast for just a month in Birmingham..
