This is usually announced late October or into early November. Has anyone heard anything about what it might be?

Considering its success, a return of Little Shop of Horrors maybe?

I'd like to see them do The Music Man or maybe Oklahoma. they seem to alternate a bit between a more modern musical and something more classic.
A little night music could work well there. I'm just not sure if Sondheim is commercial enough. They already did Into The woods and that's probably as commercial and as Sondheim gets

I would have thought Sweeney Todd was quite commercial these days!

Brian Cox believe it or not played the lead!

The first show I ever saw in Regents Park was their production of Bashville, a musical version of The Admirable Bashville by GBS. It was delightful -- they should consider reviving it. Apart from that, I wish they would go back to true repertory as well as their annual production of A Midsummer Night's Dream.

GIVE ME THE SECRET GARDEN OR GIVE ME DEATH It would seem the perfect fit for the venue. Damian Humbley for Archibald Craven please
And it should not be the RSC revision, that should never be done again. Was it ever done again??

I’m guessing it’s either Aspects of Love or Whistle Down the Wind.

I’m guessing it’s either Aspects of Love or Whistle Down the Wind. Aspects is doing a run in Southwark so I doubt it's that. Whistle Down the Wind seems like a good juice though, been a while since it's been done.

Bombay Dreams?
By Jeeves?
Outdoor ‘Starlight’?
Don’t want loose chippings getting in the bearings of your Bauers though in the Park...

Oh how boring. Who even looks at Evita and thinks any aspect of it would work well in the open air? Still I guess it will be a nice change from the Kenwright staging and maybe they’ll get a great leading lady.
I think Sunset Boulevard could be wonderful at Regent’s Park at some point.

I could definitely see this being brilliantly done, if they get the right Eva. Wonder if McCutcheon is free?

Wonder if McCutcheon is free? Just three nights a week and one of those is only a "maybe".
