What a trouper. The heart of Billy Elliot for practically the whole run. Leaves us all with wonderful memories.

I can't wait to see this new production of She Loves Me - one of my favourite musicals. I remember loving it at the Savoy (Ruthie, John Gordon, Tracie Bennett etc all terrific), and more recently the Chichester production was superb. Will be great to see Scarlett as Amalia - wonder if they'll cast her sister Summer as Ilona.

Are any of the songs from the show available to listen to online?

Does anyone else remember a previous UK tour of this show, with Julie Goodyear as Jacqueline?! She turned a minor role into a lead performance - a fun evening!

Loved the Chichester production. One of their very best imo.

Tom 89 - I muttered something about needing to look at it myself!! I was on my way to the loo but that's not the point here lol !!!

Fully staged would be good at those prices. Like the suggestion of 42nd Street, but personal choice would be Mame.

Tom...fingerprints on the black glossy pages is a programme collector's nightmare. I haven't *yet* resorted to buying a pair of white gloves but have considered it!! Someone sitting nearby at one show asked if she could look at my programme in the interval ... I was horrified and made a suitable excuse!!!

I'm loving this thread too. My 'best' programmes are in box files, and more recent ones are in other cardboard boxes. Not sure if I want to go plastic (!) but do see potential benefit. I have the same problem as lots of us - need more space. I keep buying programmes and can't throw any out. Need a bigger house!!
Love the idea of spreadsheet info but no time to do it. Need my own archivist really!!

The Chichester revival was sensational and should have transferred. Wonderful score, a great favourite of mine!

Ha! Gary Lucy (who did the last tour) seems to be pictured in publicity for this new tour at my local theatre, but isn't actually named as part of the cast. Hope there's an official announcement soon!

Great to hear that Miss Saigon is still in great shape at the end of the run. Hugely looking forward to seeing the final performance. There was talk on the old board of members meeting up - is this still going ahead? (Though will hopefully be a two show day for some of us!). This show should not be closing, such a quality production.
