If it is fiddler who do you think will play tevye? For some odd reason I feel it could be Michael ball and I don't know if that would work. Never fear, it's Omid Djalili!! Also Alan Bennett's Forty Years On starring Richard Wilson & a play about Charles "cough" Ingram by James Graham

Said this several times on here and would love to see them do work by Paul Simon who seems to be a bit neglected recently. A new jukebox musical? Or did you mean Neil?

Well after Glynis I don't think I could handle another Lear so soon. Up for a Fiddle though and I'm hoping it's the trilogy not just the one conquest Also, they did Lear in 2013 and 2005 so I think we could all do with a break. Rory Kinnear to play Norman, please.

So is this the show going in before Annie then? On Baz's twitter someone has asked about Annie - Piccadilly - Michael Ball - Miranda Hart and his response is "I'll tell all later" Please God let this be only a rumour 😔 Not just "someone"... Jill's back!!!

Title is still embargoed, but they're looking for six young actors who play musical instruments to play schoolboys for April's production. 'Forty Years On' by Alan Bennett? Only popped into my head because I'm reading 'Writing Home' at the mo. Also, does anyone remember the announcement that DE was going to direct a new Sherlock Holmes play next year. I remember the press release mentioning a UK premiere as opposed to a London one. So maybe CFT...

He just said that I wanted to leave, not claiming to have watched the whole show. We both fancied an early night, we had a crap view & the women to Mrs L's right were highly irritating. Even more so than the cast 😉 U big flirt! Maybe he'll take me to Act 2 some time...

Hello. First-time poster here, long-time snooper!
So managed to scoop a ticket for this from a friend & was hoping it would live up to my expectations and by golly, it did!
I have never felt like I related to something so much as I did this. As a person of a similar age to the characters, as somebody who spent 6 years working in a cinema & as somebody who started their adult life thinking their best attribute was extensive movie knowledge, I just lapped this up.
Superb performances & absolutely gorgeous writing, I think Annie Baker is going to be one of my absolute favourites for many years to come (adored Circle Mirror Transformation a few years back too).
P.s. Met up with 'Andrew' before hand for a bevvy & cake in the National which was lovely. Impressed he went for the Rocky Road slice, I did my usual subdued Carrot Cake routine.
