Has everyone who signed up for priority booking received an email yet? I signed up ages ago, but have had absolutely nothing in the way of an email so far. Getting slightly concerned! Nothing for me yet, have faith!

Can someone tell me what was drawn on at the end? I was far back and couldn't make it out. Thanks.

Aside from the news, that is a terribly written article.

Knot of the Heart at the Almeida in 2011. I will never get that time back.

This is a (admittedly very boring) tangent, but have the Royal Court improved their soundproofing? I remember in the past being able to hear the tube trains quite clearly but that seems to have vanished?

Liked this a lot last night, quietly haunting and wonderfully nuanced. A few bits didn't work (thought the dance went on for too long) but it didn't grate massively. Would recommend.

I enjoyed this a lot, even as I kept turning to my daughter in each interval with a look of bemused puzzlement! The theatre was about 3/4 full...ridiculous pricing on ATG. £85 a ticket for the terrible 2nd row that has no rake to speak of from the 1st row....and my seat B5, 3rd row side priced at £65 (I paid a far more reasonable £35 - another £10 for TheatreTix code) Ed Harris is great - great voice, great timing, great command of the stage. Get in early to see him sit on the sofa watching TV for 15mins.... Oh and thanks to the people behind me, who whispered their various theories of what was going to happen loudly near the end....IF YOUR FRIEND CAN HEAR IT SO CAN I! And the man who received multiple text alerts and obviously didn't know how to switch his phone off, so had to leave instead. Not disruptive atall. The same phone rang 3 times during the first act when I went too, so frustrating during such a tense play.

Enjoyed this a lot. A slow burner (Act 1 got me worried) and real nasty bite. Harris was great obviously but Barnaby Kay packed a punch too.
2 hrs 50 mins, 2 (very strict) 10 minute intervals. No dogs or nudity.

Just been to the box office. Day seats are the front row of stalls and are a fiver. However the reason they are so cheap is because the stage is higher than they anticipated so you won't be able to see the back or the stage.

The under 26 scheme, Night Less Ordinary, was what got me obsessed with theatre. 5 years later and I am still seeing a couple of shows a week so although it can be frustrating seeing people who abuse these schemes, I think getting angry about it is somewhat misguided. I won't justify the NHS comparison with a response.

Anyone seen this yet? Just found out I'm going this evening, 2 Shepherd plays in 2 days after Found 111 last night.

The world-famous Gang of 4 who were key players in the Chinese Cultural Revolution, or our parochial little Gang of 4 of interest only to middle-aged liberals ? Let me guess ..... I might just see if I can get £10 Monday tickets for the whole season and if I don't, then it was not meant to be. This is my approach to everything at the Donamr these days and I only ever failed with Coriolanus.

Managed to see it on the 2nd attempt on Friday - enjoyed it a lot but yes it can certainly do with a trim. Found the last act particularly wearing but maybe that's because I was knackered. Greig is just superb though as was most of the cast. Polite applause at the end rather than ovation but again, everyone was probably knackered. Glad I caught it.

Yep, arrived at 1:45 and they had just started telling people. Very frustrating as I had a front row stalls seat and not sure I want to splash out for a much less appealing seat on another date.

Met a couple on the tube last night who had just been to see it and said I would like it "If you like musicals" very dismissively.
Why you would go to a musical if you don't like musicals is anyone's guess but I guess the Bowie factor will do this.

Eventful performance last night. Ashley McGuire was indisposed at the very last minute so someone stood in with script in hand. She was very good though and got a deserved ovation at curtain call. Furthermore, someone also had a medical emergency which halted the play while staff helped her out of the auditorium. Couldn’t make out what was wrong but hope she’s OK!
As for the play: well, it’s a bit of a mess isn’t it? Big fan of “in yer face” theatre but it felt quite dated and obvious to me. The cast do give it their all (possibly too much, in some cases) and it’s certainly never boring but having not been familiar with the text I was expecting something more interesting.

Roxxy should definitely be gone by now, although she's improved a lot on her season, there's been at least 2 instances when she was in the bottom two and should have gone.

They've been offering £5 stalls seats for next week - can't be selling well. Really, where?
