Oo thanks for the update on luggage storage. I really resent paying the fees charged in railway stations. but Premier Inn (who offer luggage storage) seem to be getting more and more expensive. I'm trying Wembley High Road and Finchley Travelodges over the next few months, so we'll see! I have always tended to stay in Croydon but am more nervous these days of being reliant on mainline trains..

I've decided it's like walking round an exhibition with a companion and having to follow their interests and go at their pace. You still get to see good stuff but you might have preferred to linger here, and skip this bit altogether.. I'd be embarrassed to tell you how quickly I get get round a museum Haha! "How many of these lengthy explanations do I have to read to appear reasonably intelligent?"

It's too big a subject cover if you're going to spend time lovingly analysing individual songs. I've decided it's like walking round an exhibition with a companion and having to follow their interests and go at their pace. You still get to see good stuff but you might have preferred to linger here, and skip this bit altogether..

Who was the female performer they showed a clip for a second at the end whose singing next week? Looked very familiar but can't think of her name. Siobhan Dillon?

Make a firm decision as to which date you are going to click on. (Obviously have a couple of others in mind if your first choice says sold out). You probably won't have a chance to compare what's available on different days. In the past people have just been asked for their date and price bracket, not their preferred area of the theatre. You are than allocated Best available. Unless you really feel you've got a bad deal you will probably not feel brave enough to refuse what you're offered but the option is there! Have a look on the Palace theatre section of the wonderful theatremonkey.com for information about where seats at each price are located. Good luck!

The songs are below par for that duo, IMHO. . At least they don't use "Three Wheels on My Wagon" (yes, he wrote that too, and sang it at the Festival Hall concert last year). Oh goodness! Junior Choice..

Hi there, just checking that you know that The Dresser has finished in central London? There are performances from 25 January to 4 February but they are in Chichester.

I had neither of those. I just had to tick a box which said I am not a robot No wonder you got through so quickly! I had to do about 3 tasks before it would verify me. It seemed that Chrome went more smoothly than Firefox, amongst the small number of people I knew who were booking. There may of course have been other factors, but Chrome seemed to give the simple tick box, whereas the captcha failed repeatedly when my friend was on Firefox.

I said the same thing. They were listed in the end credits, which probably covers obligations, but it was annoying.

It seems from Twitter that they also had to stop the matinee at the interval. I imagine there were interesting scenes backstage..

Celinde also lists dates in full on her personal website, although that turned out not to be accurate when I went. I assume this was just a late change, though.

How about Danny Mac & Carley Stenson with the delay being because he is on the Strictly tour? Pure speculation of course... Just confirmed on BBC breakfast!

Mr P is in my area on his solo tour in the week Evita is at the Lowry, if that reassures!

I'm inclined to agree, sadly. Their voices didn't blend well, and, whilst I can see that the whole competitive banter thing might be funny live, it just seemed too obvious.

Good summary. I enjoyed the closing routine too but the opening had me cringing.

It just depends on whether the public affection for Ed holds, doesn't it. Any of the others ought to beat him in a dance off, but if he dodges the dance off again , I agree Judge Rinder is in trouble. Interesting to read speculation about tactical timing of dance allocation, when the Rhumba is well known as a bad dance for the male celebs.

Unlikely, plus he's doing another show over here next year. Oh well that's fine then, as long as he's in something! Bonnie & Clyde? Or something new (to him)? I know we're OT but I think Frank Wildhorn said in Manchester that Bonnie & Clyde will be 2018.

I was in the second price side stalls (also £20 on atg offer). I'd seen Jekyll and Hyde before, still slightly scarred by Mr Pellow in that one.. but I went this evening with a friend who loves Bonnie and Clyde, so I'd heard some of that too. I agree that Jackie was great and I enjoyed some of Laura's gentler numbers. Wonderland is going to be interesting as a sell..I fear lots of parents taking kids, and the score really isn't going to work for that. Overall it was a good night and pretty polished considering how little time they'd had.

It was, indeed. If you missed the free programmes, I can post any info you missed here, as there's a full set list.

Anyone who is signed up to the St James Under 26 scheme, Band A tickets are £5 for this tomorrow afternoon when you log in! I gave a look at the website and it says that the scheme is no longer running It seems like they're not accepting new members but still allowing previously registered members to benefit. Not sure if this is because they feel they have enough members, or whether it's connected to the new ownership..

Oh this is just FABULOUS. Usually I am so picky with stuff, but I am finding this glorious! Well written, directed and acted. A real treat. Trying hard not to watch it all at once and make it last! I know! I love having it all available but trying to stick to one a day!

Anyone else watching this? I'm enjoying it so far (halfway through). Matt Smith is making a good Prince Philip, and Alex Jennings is fantastic as the Duke of Windsor. Rather like the recent Victoria series, they obviously have to deal with the problem that we all know what's going to happen, but there's some very interesting bits of subplot, and it's beautifully shot.

Despite her characters lack of humour, Katherine Jenkins is getting the big laughs from her snarky comments Now that would be interesting to see..

Did Ms Easton do a run in "Blood Brothers" once? CBATG but I seem to vaguely remember. Was I the only one who, ironically, googled the acronym?

Er, I've just been on the site (10:50) logged in and it let me buy tickets! And I'm not a Priority member. Lucky! I logged on about 11.30, was quite surprised to find I reached the front of the queue well before 12. I followed Monkey advice to select date and wait..Managed to book shortly after 12 even though I was using my phone, which I never like in these situations. All quite smooth thanks to their queueing system, though I would ideally have had more of a look around at availability if I'd had the chance to use a PC.

Clever, indeed, though I note the old issue of refusing to allow externally purchased food and drink rears its head again. By and large, I guess they simply reserve the right to refuse it..

Re the Manchester concert, does anyone have an inkling who the 'friends' are going to be? I'm guessing Kerry will be one of them... I've created a thread in the Performers and Creatives section for the concert. Hope that's OK with mods . (No mention of Kerry)
