I was impressed by the "restricted view" seat I had - from memory it was something like E4 and I paid £35. I was looking through the tower thing on the side but felt like I missed very little. I am very fussy about seats, so was pleased this gamble paid off!

Just had a look at the proposed tour and a massive gap between the last date on the announced tour and Birmingham, which tells me they're going to add a few more dates. the tour hasn't been announced for Manchester, Bristol or/and Cardiff, Southampton, Norwich, Plymouth etc. or anywhere in Ireland or Scotland. Surprised they opted for Brighton, this would have been excellent in the Festival Theatre, Chichester. Bristol was announced at the end of last year. Dates are Wed 18 Oct - Sat 11 Nov 2017.

I'm taking a chance on this as I liked the song from it that EP played on Radio 2 last week. I have an ATG Theatrecard so got a £20 stalls seat for the first night in Bristol (8 May). Not many stalls seats left for the Mon, don't know how the rest of the week is selling.

I'm very excited too - An American in Paria on Fri, then 42nd Street Sat eve. Hoping to convince my friend to go to a Sat matinee of something as well.

I saw this in Bristol. Hadn't really considered going until my friend saw it in Cardiff and said it was good I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it was, fluffy fun,but very well done. I hadn't seen Jon Robyns on stage since Avenue Q and he was just brilliant.

I have to admit the main reason I booked this was because I developed a crush on Rupert Young after seeing him in High Society. I throughly enjoyed it and thought all the cast were excellent.
