^ 5 Guys Named Moe would have been unbearable, had I not been pretty drunk going into it. As it was I loved it (I promise I wasn't an idiot about it, though Ha ha, went and had a unexpected lovely meal with the wife as a result of leaving early so would have thanked you! To be entirely honest - I thought the bar was better than the show itself (those cocktails were STRONG. We had to sit down for a bit at the end of the show to try and get the strength to walk).

I didn't walk out of The Mousetrap (tour) last night - but I was looking at my watch a lot counting the minutes until I could escape.
How this script is still being performed after close to 70 years, I really don't know.
Dreadful direction, poor plotting and actors using microphones in a 600 seater auditorium. It felt like I was being shouted at for 2 hours. If you can't cast actors who can project to fill a small house like the Oxford Playhouse, you need to fire your casting director.

Adding one to my 'I wish I could have' list today...Brexit Les Mis (as I'm calling it) Oh to not have been reviewing, oh for there have been an interval in which to scarper, oh for there not to have been a dancing Dorito...

The Plough and the Stars (National)
The Queen of Spades (ROH)
Happy Days (Young Vic)
There have been many others, but it is difficult to remember sh*t things
