Where does it say so? Real filming for streaming or just for archives? In the booking page, the last few days. Apparently it's "filmed for broadcast" Thanks. Just saved me £££

It’s more that I know nothing about the venue to make any sort of decision about it. It’s £10 at the end of the day, so I’m sure it will be money well spent. If I get some free chilli better still. I'm sure it will sell anyway but I would have paid more to get a better seat but as its all a mystery didn't bother.

I listened to the music for this some time ago and I'm afraid it wasn't for me. Think I'll stick to the original and my Hugh Jackman DVD and Proms recording.

There is nothing about potential restricted views on my booking confirmation. Is this not dangerous for them? I don’t mind being far away but if there was an obstruction without warning I might not be as understanding.

Booked twice. 2 x 2 lots of £10 tickets and then 2 more for my parents (Band A for £15 as they're over 60). £70 for 6 tickets to a quality production. Can't beat it. Especially considering I paid £55 when I saw it in New York. I've tried several dates but not seeing any offer for over 60s, only a £10 deal for under 25s. Do I assume they are limited and sold out , or am I doing something wrong ? Any advice appreciated.

From what I gather it's a limited number available. Thanks, they seem to have all sold. I've booked a £20 ticket for an early performance. If I don't like the allocated seat they only charge £1 for an exchange.

I picked up a £10 pund seat this afternoon.
It'll be ABBA Voyage on the Monday evening and the Oklahoma! on the Tuesday night.
Out two nights in a row in the big city! Lol!

Apparently the chili is vegetarian! Or it was last time, they could change the recipe I guess. Veg sounds good and can help accommodate the most people. Here is an article all about the chili. Chili

ChiliIt is! I’m vegetarian and it was delicious. Although I’d recommend making sure you have a tissue on you as my hands got messy. Haha!

I wonder if the interval nosh is at risk “because covid”. All those masks off simultaneously with people breathing heavy while they shovel it in… can’t see it being allowed!

You will - everyone did in New York irregardless of where they sat Not everyone. There were massive queues when I went and, as there was no advertising anywhere what was in the chilli, I didn't risk it. With all the legal requirements in the UK surrounding labelling of food, allergies etc, plus Covid-19, I'd be very surprised if they served it here.

Quite. I can’t wait to be munching on my cornbread from a vertiginous stool behind an RSJ whilst tapping my foot to ‘Whip Crack-away’. 😬

Where is the said chilli going to be served? The foyers of YV are cramped enough as it is.

A cracking cast! Anoushka Lucas as Laurey Williams, Arthur Darvill as Curly McLain, Patrick Vaill reprising his Broadway role as Jud Fry, Liza Sadovy as Aunt Eller and Marisha Wallace as Ado Annie.

I think Arthur is a weird choice for Curly personally (not what I imagine him to be at all, esp from this version) but Marisha is a great choice and excited that Patrick Vaill is coming from Broadway!

It also seems to have James Davis as Will Parker from the Broadway production too. And I agree Patrick Vaill was astonishing - the best actor in the NY version.
