Nope. It's definitely not better than the original music. I go to the trouble of posting an amazing video from a the musical being discussed, and all I get is a bitchy negative comment. You said the Tina Turner music was better than the Cy Coleman original. I disagreed with you. Nothing bitchy about it.

Well, I'm hoping that whomever is Charity, that the show is running in mid-late June when I'll be in the UK.

Ooh here comes the Sweet Charity announcement from Baz He’s dragging it out! Isn’t he just. I was just about to say, does anyone else wonder whether he drags it out this long on purpose or just takes this long to compose each tweet? Part of me believes it’s the latter.

Ooh here comes the Sweet Charity announcement from Baz He’s dragging it out! I love how he's written X of 4. A 7 minute pause between tweets 1 and 2, and still 3 and 4 to come. This is like a Pinter play...

Oh damn, now I'm going to be really annoyed if I don't manage to get a ticket! It's not a particularly long run either!

Are the free tickets under the same scheme as the usual Donmar free tix?
I've never got them before; do they normally go quickly for high demand shows like these? Any more info on the young&free scheme is appreciated! Thanks!

Hopefully it’s City of Angels and not Commitee! You may be in luck then! OH.MY.GOD. If this turns out to be true...(based on your track record MrB, I’m assuming it is!) Super excited to see this, having never seen the musical. Although, I wasn’t a fan of Anne Marie Duff in Macbeth at the NT, but let’s be honest that whole production was a hit and miss affair. And hello to Arthur Darvill!

To be honest I didn't care who was going to be in it as its one of my favourite musicals of all time. I don't really know much about Anne Marie Duff but I gather she is a big name. Presumably it will be harder than hell to get tickets

I'm interested as I've never seen it, but didn't know Anne Marie Duff sang?
