Yes, I'm also curious about merch. I've seen their individual stiff but I assume there's also tour specific merch available? @ryan will be delighted. He loves an individual stiff. 😉

I was there tonight, Lea and Darren were both fantastic. Pretty much the same setlist as Dublin, with a few changes. Very enthusiastic audience (too much at times!). No interval so it was 2.25 hours straight through. Didn't look at the merch I'm afraid, I was in too much of a rush to get my train home! 😀

I totally loved the show last night. Thought they were both fantastic.
The merch looked to be grey and white T-shirt’s and an overpriced hoody. Some was just Darren and some both I think, I only had a quick look on the way out.

It was a good show last night, but did they have to swear so much? And act like they didn't know the rest of the world outside the USA existed - really odd. She has an excellent voice, he is fine as well, but not the greatest songwriter, I think. Would have liked him to do the whole Queen and Faith numbers rather than his own stuff. Shame there was no programme, just those odd T-shirts and tote bag. And what was with the excessive security again?! I must admit that the only part where I got a little bored was when he performed his own songs. I loved the rest of the show though, I didn't notice the swearing at all, maybe just the f word a couple times. Also, after the past few years' tragic events I don't mind the excessive security at all. Especially after the Ariana Grande concert I suppose that they want to be extra careful with events that attract a large teenage audience.

There’s a support act at 7:30 called Tom Speight, anyone heard of him? Then an interval at 7:50 and Lea and Darren on at 8:15.

Which ‘Run to You’ was it that Lea sang? Whitney? Pentatonix? Bryan Adams? I am curious...

As a duet with Darren, and surprisingly, it was really good! Edit: my mistake, the duet was Getaway Car.

Really enjoyed the concert tonight. Have to say Lea's vocal was one of the best I have ever heard live and I have heard a fair few! It was helped by the excellent sound and toned down band which emphasised her rich vocal ability. The chemistry with Darren was obvious and they blended well together.Inspite of not knowing all the songs it was a great night .

Yes, I was there tonight too! Had an absolutely fabulous night. I've been a Lea fan since Spring Awakening and a Darren fan since A Very Potter Musical, so this felt like a long time coming!
The set list was great, a really good mix for fans of all their different ventures (Glee, their solo stuff, musical theatre) and they were an adorable pair to watch on stage. We were dead centre in row P of the stalls so the view was great. I deffo teared up once or twice, and of course I bought the flimsy tour t-shirt too!! 💕😂
Highlights for me were:
Duets: Falling Slowly, Shallow, Don't You Want Me Baby
Lea: Don't Rain on my Parade, Edge of Glory - she sounded just effortlessly beautiful and I'm SUCH a fan.
Darren: Cough Syrup, Teenage Dream, oh and he did a song from an earlier EP which I can't remember the name of, but will definitely be going back to listen to - it's amazing to think he's now an Emmy Winner and Golden Globe nominee for the brilliant ACS: Versace as well as a fab musician!
They're a very talented pair and I loved the chatter with each other / the audience, which I have found to be quite cringe with other artists in the past.
I'll stop fangirling now, but to cut a long story short the concert was pretty special and didn't disappoint. So glad I booked.... Fingers crossed they come back at some point!

Sorry to revive this with non-LMDC tour related news, but as of yesterday Darren Criss is now an Emmy, Golden Globe, SAG Award and Critics Choice Award winner for his role in The Assassination of Gianni Versace.
The show is excellent and will be coming to UK Netflix in Feb if you missed it and are curious. I'll certainly be rewatching!

Didn’t know if it merited a new thread but Lea Michele has been cast as Ariel in the live Hollywood Bowl 30th anniversary concert of Little Mermaid! Whatever people’s opinions of Lea (I’ve never really understood the negativity from some) she can sing for dayssss!!

And sometimes the more you try to defend you postion and actions, the more it seems you have to hide the more guilty you seem Would you rather she didn't apologise at all? Of course, any apology will feel empty to a certain extent, but she probably was ignorant and immature at the time and no-one called her out on it. Everyone does wrong sometimes, give her a bit of credit for at least acknowledging it now and pledging to change. The proof of course will be in whether she actually does.

I absolutely love that she’s being called out on her behaviour. It’s been a badly kept secret for years what a piece of work she is. This wasn’t just one or two incidents- it was her behaviour for YEARS towards countless people.
Her shocking ‘apology’ is just a sad attempt to salvage her career, and I don’t think it’s gonna work. She should just focus on being a new mum and go away quietly. She’s toxic and no one is going to want to work with her now.

What’s not clear is whether she was horrible to everyone new on the set, or just the black people new on the set.

What’s not clear is whether she was horrible to everyone new on the set, or just the black people new on the set. Sounds like it was everyone- Heather Morris (who played Brittany) has said she was unpleasant to work with as well. And her falling outs with Dianna Agron and Naya Rivera are well documented in the tabloids as well from what I recall.

There is a difference between being a difficult person to work with and being worthy of being 'cancelled'
Many performers are 'difficult' and 'unpleasant' - sometimes because they are immature and know no better, sometimes because they are just really difficult and nasty people.
Trying to fully understand what goes on behind closed doors is difficult at the best of times - but when you are doing it during a very febrile moment in time, it is impossible.
Trial by Twitter is not the way to handle this

What’s not clear is whether she was horrible to everyone new on the set, or just the black people new on the set. The friend of mine who saw her parade her appalling manners on the set of American Horror Story is white. Judging from his story - she apparently walked past some of the extras with an assistant and one of the extras heard her tell the assistant she needed a mint, and offered her one, and her response was something along the lines of "why are those people allowed to talk to me?" - the issue is simply that she's a thoroughly unpleasant person, rather than that she's racist.
