They say the whole original cast is back and I appreciate they are referring to the principle leads but I wonder in minor characters such as Lisa, Ali and Pepper (the bridal party) will also appear? Or indeed some of the original ensemble?

I was prepared to take a chance on this (see what I did there😉) but now the third trailer has been released and its still predominantly showing songs that were in the original. They really must have struggled to find other songs

I’ve seen a list of songs and there are lots of new songs, however a lot of them are album tracks so I guess they’re using the well known ones to promote it.

It seems like at least one person from the ensemble of every show I’ve seen is in this movie somewhere.

That would be great if the songs mentioned are in there, but I’ll take it with a pinch of salt as I wouldn’t want to be as disappointed as I was by the first film.

When I Kissed The Teacher is on Spotify and it's actually decent.
I'm surprised Lily James hasn't done a stage musical, she sang briefly in Romeo and Juliet and she was good

I look forwarding to seeing this song performed in the film, on the track there’s a nice moment in the opening chorus when Young Donna (Lily James) laughs and you hear the other two Dymonos cackling!

Oh I know but I assumed for a promo single, they’d go for Fernando since it’s both a well known ABBA song and it’s being sung by Cher

I’m really looking forward to this. Something light and fluffy after watching Avengers infinity wars. I wonder if Pierce Brosnan has had any more singing lessons since the first film? The clip from When I kissed the teacher sounds great. Having looked at the song list on Wiki, they certainly have come up with some great choices for the songs, though I really want to hear Brosnan sing Knowing Me, Knowing You. It could be the best/worst thing ever.

My favourite - “like an angel passing through my room” is on the list. Seriously hoping they don’t give that to Pierce Brosnan!

And Andy Garicia is in it- presumably arriving with Cher's character. I wonder if he'll sing? And if so, what?

If there is 18 tracks in the films, I wonder which songs will make the cut as there is 22 songs on the Wikipedia that have been mentioned and they can't all be in the film.

Maybe some aren'y sung. They could be underscored whilst dialogue takes place.

...with choreography that owes a significant debt of influence to a number in the first film.

Don't know if this ha previously been mentioned but Waterloo is defiantly included.
In the first film a young Donna explains that she met Harry in Paris, so the whole song is sent in a Parisian bar.

I am so looking forward to this. I’m not normally one to go to films on the first day of release. Though in this case I will make an exception. What is there not to love about it? ABBA + Cher + lots of colourful lyrca.
This is going to be cheesy as hell, but what the heck, it’s going to be great fun. What’s more, we get to hear Brosnan’s dulcet tones all over again! It will be great going to watch the film cold as you get to enjoy the film without knowing when or which songs are going to be used. I know there are a few confirmations from the cast as well as Benny and Björn, but I hope they throw in a few surprise choices as well. Personally, I would love PB to sing/murder Knowing Me, Knowing You just so I can do the AH HA’s in the cinema. Hopefully they will do a sing a long version at some point.

Well I can't wait to see it either. It ain't going to win any Oscars but who cares! A great summer cheese fest with great music, although not sure of the vocals yet! I'm sure Cher will give her all though.
