OMGosh. Nice cast. Check out Nathaniel Hackmann singing 'They Call The Wind Maria' from the Encores production of 'Paint Your Wagon'. Even my goosebumps had goosebumps.

And David Seadon-Young has a great voice. He was excellent in Assassins at the Menier and also had a small part there in Aspects of Love.

Only a week to go. Anyone else going to see it? Looks like a big chunk of rear stalls seats released for sale. Sane block of seats for both shows.

I'll be watching... on BBC four. Cant justify the costs to come down for any proms this year unfortunately.

I will be there at the matinee. I am hoping Robert Fairchild as Will Parker will do the back somersault (or whatever it is called) from a standing start that Jimmy Johnston did as Will Parker at the National and then repeated by popular demand in Pirates of Penzance in Regent's Park. Now that's what I call dancing!

I'll be at the evening show, up in the cheap seats because the stalls were ridiculously expensive! I do quite like the Circle at the RAH though.

We'll be at the matinee - first ever visit to the Proms and doing the RAH tour in the morning. Making a weekend of it with 2 sessions at the World Athletics Championships as well.

Does anyone know when this will be on to as am looking forward t watching it but will probably need to record it. It's on this coming Friday (11th) on BBC4, starting at 8pm Edit: does this mean it's a quick edit of the afternoon, do we think? Timings seem wrong to be live.

I believe it's a slightly delayed transmission of the evening performance

Does anyone know if the children's Prom from last weekend has been broadcast? If you mean the relaxed Prom (wasn't solely for children), it was on Radio 3 www.bbc.co.uk/events/e5zn3dYou can find all the broadcast details on the age for each Prom on the BBC website.

They will also be discussing it on Proms Extra - BBC2 Saturday 6.50pm. I think you meant: They will also be 'discussing' it on Proms Extra... What a vapid, superficial, pointless load of old tosh this programme is. edit - David Owen Norris is brilliant, however.

I'm going to the matinee prom. Couldn't resist because I love Oklahoma (and never seen it 'live' - I know this is semi-staged but still.....)

There was a 5 second clip of the dance rehearsal on yesterday's 'vapid' Proms Extra. It looked impressive.

I'm going to the evening performance. I rather wish I was doing the matinee, to spare me the usual post-Prom sprinting down Exhibition Road to try to get a train home at a reasonable hour, but when I booked I didn't know if I'd be working or not so had to book the evening.

I'm at the matinee with friends then dinner at the Ivy in Kennie High Street. Should be home just in time to watch it all over again on TV.

Surely one has dinner before a matinee?

In the SE I thought it was lunch before a matinee and supper after an evening performance.

As it's Kensington it must be dinner.

Just managed to steal one of the last few tickets in the stalls for the matinee - my first prom and first time in the RAH, excited!

^Why wait until Christmas - it's being shown from 8pm on BBC4 this Friday. I'm setting my freeview box for it tonight. Hope it's as good as "Kiss Me Kate" was

Oklahoma hasn't been done on the West End stage for nearly 20 years and it's in the lexicon of great musicals, so I wonder if this gets well received if this make it to the West End!!! The London Palladium will be free in January?
