In that case, if there's anything left when public booking opens (and not that the season looked that appealing to an older person), it'll be matinees only for me. Annoying, as they are so early at the RC.

I've just booked Ferrymen - decided to treat myself and go for a £38 stalls seat - and Manwatching. I might try the £12 Monday/Day seats for some of the others nearer the time. Minimum of fuss - I was 277 in the queue for Ferrymen at the start but it went down very quickly.

I was only going to book four shows but I ended up booking six in the end after realising Killology was the same playwright who did Violence And Son, and deciding to give Anatomy of a Suicide a go, somewhat against my better judgement.

Damn, I knew that went too well - I've only gone and double-booked myself with Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf!! Chances of them letting me exchange??

Fanfare for Gary Owen! I'm fond of his (slightly dark and twisted) mind. In a surreal moment he read me and a few others the entirety of 'Goodnight Moon' earlier this year...

I'd try asking the Royal Court, the box office staff are very kind and have exchanged for me in the past. I confess I double-booked myself for The Ferryman, no idea how! I decided to just book myself another ticket, I'm sure it'll sell out and then I'll offer them back the one I can't use. I can't imagine there not being an active returns queue for it somehow!

Not always very high value in terms of ticket yield or donations

Royal Court will certainly exchange for another date, they may charge you a small fee although they sometimes don't I've only booked for Ferryman and Kid Stays in the Picture. Rise £25 for upstairs has put me off booking blind for that. Ferryman is selling very well and they seem to be dynamically pricing - the number of seats at AA price in the stalls changes between different dates. Still got decent seats for both for £28 but ended up at the back of the stalls for Ferryman.

I had a very prompt reply from the Box Office email address asking me what date I want to exchange to, so I am hopeful that I've been quick enough to still get a good seat.
I was so please to have snagged central stalls so easily! That'll teach me for not updating my diary properly.

Yup the Court are very good with exchanges...I changed my Unreachable ones twice in one week and they have always done their best to offer best comparable seats to that you've already bought.

I hadn't heard back with any confirmation yet, so I gave in and called the box office. Now moved to the evening of 20th may, row B in the circle. So if anyone wants D6 in the stalls on 29th April at 2.30pm, it should be popping back up shortly!
Properly kicking myself now - should have phoned instead of emailing earlier, would have got a much better seat! There is now very limited availability.

Anybody else heard the rumours of Tom Hiddleston being in The Ferryman? Couple of things on Twitter. Interesting. Ha! I think I might have inadvertently started that one. All I actually said was I'd like to see him do more theatre and this would be perfect, but I said it on Tumblr. Within half an hour the person whose post I had commented on was posting all the details, and she has loads of followers, so it spread.

Anybody else heard the rumours of Tom Hiddleston being in The Ferryman? Couple of things on Twitter. Interesting. Well he needs to do something like that to give him back a bit of credibility following the Hiddleswift debacle. That's damaged him massively I think.

Butterworth and Mendes combination should be electric. Now wait for the casting.
